Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women, including annual exams, pap smears, hypertension management, diabetes management, anxiety and depression management, and urgent care concerns.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, protocol development, and innovation to continuously improve our care model.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona, with an unrestricted license.
- Experience in providing primary and gynecological care, with a focus on women's health.
- Strong clinical skills, including procedural skills such as IUD insertions, nexplanon insertion, and colposcopies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality care in a timely manner.
