About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Tia Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ. As a key member of our care delivery system, you will provide exceptional primary and gynecological care to women, utilizing your expertise in a full spectrum of services, including gynecological services, primary care, procedures, and holistic whole-person care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women, including annual exams, pap smears, hypertension management, diabetes management, anxiety and depression management, and urgent care concerns.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in technology development, interdisciplinary case studies, protocol development, and innovation to continuously improve our care model.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona, with an unrestricted license.
  • Experience in providing primary and gynecological care, with a focus on women's health.
  • Strong clinical skills, including procedural skills such as IUD insertions, nexplanon insertion, and colposcopies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality care in a timely manner.
