RESPONSIBILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Plan and execute various interior and exterior projects for private estate clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle a diverse array of tasks, including general repairs and renovations.
  • Projects may encompass, but are not limited to: painting, flooring installation, carpentry, comprehensive renovations, construction of outdoor structures, and overall estate maintenance.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Oversee subcontractors as necessary for specific projects.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and effective communication with clients and company management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of documented experience in construction or a related field (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Experience with construction-related tools and equipment is essential.
  • Prior experience in high-end residential environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Proficient project management and time management abilities.
  • A valid Indiana Driver's License is necessary.
