As a Home Health Registered Nurse with Focus Staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive home health care services to patients, including wound care, medication management, and education on disease management and prevention.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
