Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Pasty Artisan III to join our culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Miami. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards.

You will prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use. You will also safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods.

  • FOLLOW ALL COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, INCLUDING SAFETY AND SECURITY; REPORT ACCIDENTS, INJURIES, AND UNSAFE WORK CONDITIONS TO MANAGER; COMPLETE SAFETY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Less than 1-year related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
