We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at PAM Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize technical expertise to produce high-quality diagnostic radiographs, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Position patients appropriately to achieve optimal imaging results.
- Employ radiation safety techniques to protect patients and staff.
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assist radiologists in fluoroscopic procedures and maintain accurate inventory levels of radiology supplies.
- Perform quality control measures to ensure equipment and techniques meet state guidelines.
- Schedule patient exams and notify assisting personnel.
- Ensure timely completion of tests and reports are sent to requesting physicians.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current Registration with ARRT and State Radiologic Technologist license in the state where facility resides.
- Attended and received certification/licensing from an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
- Ability to read and write English at a high school level.
- Proficiency in utilizing imaging equipment, including radiographic machines, fluoroscopic machines, and video recorders.
