About the Role

The Financial Services Representative is a key member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for providing exceptional member service and financial solutions. As a Relationship Banker, you will work closely with members to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide tailored products and services to help them achieve success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service and Support: Provide prompt and professional service to members, addressing their concerns and escalating issues to leadership as needed.
  • Financial Solutions: Proactively identify and recommend products and services to meet members' financial needs, partnering with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Transaction Processing: Quickly and accurately process routine financial transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Account Maintenance: Perform account maintenance activities, including updating member contact and personal information.
  • Follow-up and Outreach: Perform follow-up activities and outbound calls to new and existing members.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum six (6) months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role, with financial services experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to ask probing questions and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn various computer systems.
