Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Management Team: Collaborate with our management team to achieve operational excellence and drive sales growth.
  • Run Damn Good Shifts: Set the pace for our team members, ensure great guest service, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest and team member issues with a high sense of urgency.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to hourly supervisors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a working knowledge of recipe production procedures to ensure quality and freshness at all times.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a Damn Good experience.
Requirements
  • State Alcohol-Server and Manager ServSafe Certification: Required for this role.
  • Availability: Ability to work up to 5 days or 40 hours per week, including flexible hours as needed.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Computer Skills: Competency in basic computer functions, including point of sale systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds, stand for several hours, and walk for long periods of time.
