  • Report patient progress during team meetings and discussions.

  • Attend bi-monthly staff meetings and relevant service meetings.
  • Achieve a minimum of 95% of established performance goals.

  • Contribute ideas and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Complete tasks beyond routine responsibilities to meet job objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or
  • Associate's Degree required.
  • 0-2 years of clinical experience; entry-level position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interacting with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in an independent setting.
  • Specific requirements may vary based on the service area, such as Women's Health or aquatic therapy.
  • Knowledge of lymphedema is advantageous.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program with an Associate Degree recognized by the APTA.
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of IL; CPR certification is required.
