Key Responsibilities- Assist Pharmacists: Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will assist with the preparation and dispensing of medications, as well as provide patient education and counseling.
- Operate Pharmacy Systems: You will be responsible for using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: You will engage with customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Support Clinical Services: You may assist with clinical services, such as collecting and labeling blood/urine samples, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Pharmacy: You will ensure the pharmacy is stocked with adequate supplies, clean, and orderly in condition and appearance.
- Fluency in English: You must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Preferred Qualifications: Six months of experience in a retail environment, prior work experience with Walgreens, good math skills, and knowledge of store inventory control.
