ABOUT RIVER CROSSING YMCA
As a nonprofit organization, River Crossing YMCA is devoted to enhancing community well-being through initiatives that promote youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We invite individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children to consider this opportunity.
Compensation: $24 per hour, depending on role and experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 9am and 3pm - 6pm - Flexible scheduling options available (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising or assisting with daily operations of the before and after school program at designated locations.
- Ensuring the safety and proper supervision of children during activities, snack times, and homework sessions.
- Maintaining positive communication with parents and families.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience working with children in any capacity (professional, volunteer, or familial).
- A strong passion for childhood education and youth development.
