About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Culinary Director to lead our culinary operations in a given geographical area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing culinary strategies that drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational plans and systems to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Manage cost controls and expenditures for the region, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Act as a regional leader, modeling competencies and behaviors that support our company values.
  • Plan and create menus that meet customer expectations, including influencing menu development for chef's tables, catering events, and other special occasions.
  • Develop and communicate strategies to improve customer experience, driving loyalty and retention.
  • Interact professionally with diverse groups of associates, suppliers, clients, and customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Culinary degree or comparable four-year culinary development experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, with multi-unit experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at various levels, including management, departmental, customer, and associate levels.
  • Strong supervisory, leadership, hands-on management, and coaching skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, with proven P&L experience, budgetary, and food control practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and grow people, operations, equipment, and revenue.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region.
  • Computer skills and experience with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, preferred.
