Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare traditional Japanese sushi rice to exacting standards
• Expertly break down, cut, and fillet various types of fish/seafood
• Prepare orders according to company quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean work environment to prevent food contamination

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Daigo Hand Roll Bar. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
