Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary:

Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a literacy-based curriculum that promotes student growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition between home and school.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives and programs.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.
• Complies with all state-specific education requirements. Must have one of the following:
• 12 Units in Early Childhood Education
• High School Diploma or GED
• and
• some experience with children.
