Key Responsibilities- Work closely with healthcare providers and leadership to improve patient care and satisfaction
- Prepare patients for visits by gathering medical history, documenting reasons for visit, and obtaining vital signs
- Perform specialized tests, such as pulmonary function tests and phlebotomy procedures, as needed
- Anticipate and prepare patients, clinical equipment, and supplies for visits
- Communicate effectively with patients, peers, and healthcare team members
- Document patient encounters clearly and objectively
- Assist with lab functions, ordering and maintaining office medications, and triaging phone calls
- Perform other duties as assigned to support ProMedica's core values
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse License in the state of assignment
- ACLS and BLS certification
- 1 year of relatable experience or equivalent
