Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, in accordance with established medical and nursing plans of care.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Monitor and Document Patient Progress: Continuously monitor patient progress, document observations, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in nursing care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Nursing Program: Possess a diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • State Licensure: Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Certifications: Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification and ACLS and PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
