Quality Carriers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class A CDL OTR Lease Purchase Driver to join our team. As a Lease Purchase Driver, you will have the opportunity to own your own truck and enjoy the freedom of being your own boss while still having the support of a reputable company.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive a Class A CDL tractor trailer combination over-the-road (OTR) routes, typically 5-7 days out at a time.
  • Transport goods and materials across the country, following all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Meet or exceed company safety standards and maintain a clean driving record.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL with Tankers and Hazmat endorsements.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a TWIC card.
  • 1 year of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years or 1 year of tanker experience in the last 10 years.
  • Tanker experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation:

  • Weekly average gross pay: $5,000-$6,000 (potential to make more).
  • Earning potential of over $200,000 per year.

Bonuses:

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus.
