About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Infusion to join our team. The ideal candidate will have one year of oncology and chemotherapy experience and be certified in chemotherapy immunotherapy administration within 90 days of hire.

The successful candidate will provide patient care and assume individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, and the generic and unit structure standards.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Provide patient care and assume individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care.
  • Maintain current certifications and complete continuing education requirements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards for infusion therapy services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
