About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on providing efficient and effective maintenance and repair services for our customers' equipment.

Your Impact
  • Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager, ensuring accurate information and record keeping.
  • Meet customer demands by providing responsive and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance.
  • Maintain all technical information, field service reports, expense reports, and Canon property assigned.
  • Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
  • Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
  • Facilitate performance at a level that helps achieve the branch/district's overall metric targets.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who possesses a basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to successfully complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class. You must be able to travel and possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Additionally, you will be required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
