We're seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and student recruitment through highly impactful community-focused events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with local employers, educational providers, and industry leaders. Your goal will be to enhance our school's presence and influence within the community.
You will schedule, coordinate, and serve as representative for recruitment events, including career fairs, community festivals, dealership receptions, and campus open houses. You will drive enrollment growth by identifying and engaging prospective students through events that deliver high-value leads, driving strong inquiry-to-start conversion rates. You will optimize event ROI by developing and executing local event strategies that generate the highest return on investment, including high school STEM demonstrations, employer-sponsored showcases, and campus-hosted experiences.
In this role, you will build and leverage strategic partnerships by establishing strong relationships with industry partners, local employers, and high school staff to increase brand presence and student referrals. You will enhance event performance metrics through tracking and analyzing event success, measuring the impact on student inquiries, enrollments, and starts. You will collaborate with regional leaders to optimize strategies based on data insights and innovate and expand recruitment strategies by developing and testing new event formats and promotional tactics to continually improve student engagement and interest. You will deliver engaging presentations to include live demonstrations at high schools, community events, and employer partner activations.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $84,000 per year. We offer paid training, FREE UTI or Concorde tuition for you and your immediate family, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, STD & LTD insurance, 401K, paid holidays, paid time off, and paid parental leave.
