Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate CNA to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the physician's plan of care.
- Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
- Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries.
- Assist the physician in complex nursing situations.
- Follow universal precautions whenever giving any aspect of patient care.
- Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury, or significant change in the patient's condition.
- Functions as a resource person and mentor to peers and subordinates to maintain professional nursing standards.
- Acts on patients, resident's behalf to assure patient rights and wellness.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current CNA certification, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
