Job DescriptionAs an Occupational Therapist Assistant at At Home Therapies, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic company that prioritizes career stability, professional growth, and employee well-being. Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on physician orders.
- Document findings accurately and timely using standardized evaluation forms.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
- Obtain physician orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients, utilizing various modalities and modifying treatment as needed while adhering to precautions.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited university in Occupational Therapy (B.S., M.A., or M.S. or Doctorate) recognized by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
- Recognition by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) as a designated Occupational Therapist (OTR), if required by your state.
- A current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in your state, as applicable.
