Job Title: Therapy Expert - Patient Care

About the Role: As a Physical Therapist at Mercy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care that addresses the unique needs and goals of each individual.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote functional skills and mobility
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation technicians and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:
  • Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of employment
  • Doctoral degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
