Revit Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Revit Drafter to join our team at Krivonen Structural Engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models and coordinating with project teams throughout all phases of structural design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop highly detailed and accurate 3D structural models using Revit
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure models reflect design intent and meet specifications
• Coordinate Revit models with architectural, MEP, and other discipline models to identify and resolve clashes
• Extract 2D construction drawings and details from the Revit model
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks on models
• Provide Revit coordination and support during construction phase
• Train and mentor junior Revit staff as needed
• Stay up-to-date on latest Revit software versions, standards, and best practices

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Revit Drafter, preferably in the structural engineering field
• Expert-level skills with Autodesk Revit and associated applications
• Strong knowledge of structural design, codes, and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with structural analysis software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
