Job Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This role offers outstanding growth opportunities, access to expert mentors, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personnel-related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
  • Conduct thorough background checks on job applicants, verifying information with law enforcement officials and previous employers.
  • Evaluate employment applications, assessing the qualifications and eligibility of candidates.
  • Coordinate the advertising and posting of job vacancies, notifying eligible workers about position availability.
  • Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate records for each employee, including addresses, weekly earnings, absences, sales data, supervisory reports, and termination dates.
  • Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans.
  • Interview job applicants to gather and verify essential information for screening and evaluation purposes.
  • Inform job applicants of their employment acceptance or rejection.

What We Offer
