Wedding Day Coordinator Job Description

Landmark Hospitality is seeking a skilled Wedding Day Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our brides on their special day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Wedding Logistics: Ensure a seamless wedding day experience by managing the setup, breakdown, and execution of all wedding-related tasks.
  • Communicate Effectively: Serve as the primary point of contact for the bride, communicating with her to manage stress levels, provide updates, and address any concerns.
  • Manage Schedules: Keep the wedding day schedule on track, ensuring timely execution of all events and activities.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Anticipate and attend to the needs of guests, promoting a positive and memorable experience.
  • Maintain Banquet Equipment: Ensure the upkeep of banquet equipment to extend its lifespan and maintain high standards.
  • Food Service: Provide food service as required, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Physical Demands: Stand and walk for extended periods, lift heavy items, and organize multiple orders with ease.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared to undertake additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be punctual, dress professionally, and attend training and meetings as required.
