  • Respond to customer calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely manner.
  • Act as an internal liaison between sales, marketing, distribution, planning, and accounting departments.
  • Assist with document flow, ensuring timely completion and management of customer onboarding.
  • Follow up with departments on time-sensitive information and documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales, distributors, carriers, internal departments, and brokers.
  • Compile report data using Excel.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related role.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish, is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, think critically, and partner collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new system applications.
