We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Agronomy Scientist at our Precision Technology Institute North Dakota Farm location in Fargo, ND.

Your key responsibilities will include operating agricultural equipment to conduct product testing, performing daily field operations such as tillage, planting, spraying, mowing, cultivating, and fertilizer application, and coordination, execution, and measurement of field-based product trials.

In this role, you will gain access to emerging state-of-the-art agricultural technology and help develop and test new AGCO technologies for the future of agriculture. You will work closely with our team to ensure the success of our field trials and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our farmers.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
