Job Summary

Big O Tires - Sparks / Gardnerville is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales and service associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, including unloading trucks and maintaining showroom merchandise.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling tires and service-related products to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years minimum experience in tire and auto service sales.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of auto service and tire sales, including preventive maintenance sales.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, good leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills.
  • Language: Spanish speaking skills are greatly appreciated.
