Hotel Night Auditor

Indus Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. As a Hotel Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions, maintaining a high level of customer service, and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

• Process guest transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other hotel services.
• Verify and reconcile hotel transactions, including room assignments, folios, and credit card payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hotel standards and policies.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
