Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making product recommendations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
  • Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
  • Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
  • Multi-task, including cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
  • Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
  • Lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
  • Bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
  • Perform salon cleaning functions, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
