Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in site development to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will work hand-in-hand with our project manager on multiple site development projects, assisting with the design and permitting process to create successful projects. Our clients include federal, state, and municipal agencies, private developers, educational institutions, medical facilities, aviation clients, and more. Flexibility is key, and interest in varied project types is paramount. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and have a strong background in Civil 3D with site, grading, and utility design.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Assisting with the design and permitting process for site development projects
  • Working closely with the project manager to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of site development design experience
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D with site, grading, and utility design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
