Pilot Flying J - Janitorial Maintenance Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Worker to join our team at Pilot Flying J. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restrooms and shower facilities
  • Wash, load, and unload towels for showers
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Ensure the store is free of trash and debris
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining well-maintained facilities

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing and walking for long periods
