We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Waters of Sullivan. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Make rounds to observe and evaluate the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Prepare and administer medications as required
- Administer treatments and consult with physicians as needed
- Communicate effectively with the director of nursing and staff
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing in a long-term care environment
- Must be a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed in IN
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
