Key Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities outline the general nature and level of work expected for this position. This is not an exhaustive list, and duties may vary.

Pre-Installation Duties:

  • Examine job summaries and clarify any uncertainties with the scheduling team.
  • Understand the scope of work to identify any discrepancies on-site.
  • Organize tools and manage inventory for weekly installations.
  • Load necessary materials and equipment into the service vehicle.

Installation Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at job sites promptly.
  • Check in via designated communication methods and log in on tracking systems.
  • Introduce yourself to the site representative and confirm work hours.
  • Acquire necessary access information and escort details.
  • Verify products and staging areas with the site representative.
  • Conduct a site walkthrough to discuss compliance and placement details.
  • Report any challenges or deviations to the office.
  • Establish daily installation objectives and prepare accordingly.
  • Ensure clear communication of expectations with end users.
  • For multiple site locations, inform the next location prior to arrival.

Project Oversight:

  • Oversee on-site installations and reach out to the office for additional support if required.
  • Document on-site challenges with photographs.
  • Plan daily objectives, breaks, and concluding times.
  • Review daily progress with the site representative and the office.
  • Prepare and submit end-of-day reports and daily tracking sheets.
  • If leading a team, ensure all members submit their documentation.
  • Obtain a Quality Evaluation for all completed projects.

Client Engagement:

  • Make a positive first impression and strive to exceed client expectations.
  • Engage with site representatives and sales personnel to promote our services.
  • Demonstrate the value of our services through actions and communication.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized installation area.
  • Express appreciation to distributors through thoughtful gestures when feasible.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Travel Expectations:

Installers are expected to travel out of town Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work. Most assignments begin early in the morning, though some may require afternoon or evening hours. For larger projects, teams may stay over the weekend to optimize travel efficiency. Installers will work independently or as part of a team on various projects.

Compensation Structure:

  • Hourly wage based on experience, plus;
  • Commissions: $1.00 per dispenser installed;
  • Travel compensation: $14.00/hour;
  • Daily per diem: $40.00.
