Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Optima, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury apartment community. Your expertise in maintenance and repair will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our properties.

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your strong communication skills and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective task completion
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to resolve maintenance issues
• Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues to prevent future problems

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in maintenance and repair, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift 100 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a valid driver's license is preferred.
