Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain our customer accounts.
  • Budget and Financial Compliance: Manage and oversee the financial aspects of our customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Site Management: Oversee and manage site management project teams and site personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform routine administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and communication with customers and team members.
  • Facility Inspections: Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Safety Policy: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Employee Management: Interview, hire, and train new employees, as well as resolve and respond to employee and customer issues.
  • Supply Management: Purchase, issue, and order necessary supplies and equipment to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of supervisory/management experience or a degree from a 4-year college or 2-year technical institute is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong mechanical aptitudes, and a working knowledge of electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skills, as well as the ability to define problems and resolve them quickly.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong supervisory skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
