As the Assistant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager at a designated location, guiding and inspiring the local team to meet both personal and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture while upholding our core values and operational policies.
  • Capture photographs and offer guests unique souvenirs to cherish, with no prior photography experience necessary.
  • Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries or service issues to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
  • Maintain daily operational schedules and ensure all tasks are executed as planned.
  • Lead by example, reinforcing established policies and procedures set forth by the Operations Manager.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance revenue, minimize costs, and deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with vendors and assist in various capacities as needed.
  • Support the Operations Manager with administrative duties, including inventory management, scheduling, training, and recruitment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A positive demeanor and a strong commitment to work.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently and values leadership.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
  • Willingness to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for talent development and effective people management.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods.
