We're seeking a seasoned Construction Project Director to spearhead our projects and drive success. As the quarterback of each project, you'll oversee every aspect, from estimating and sales to project management and customer satisfaction.

With a strong background in the restoration industry and a proven track record of sales growth, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills
  • Managing project budgets and improving profitability through cost control and efficient resource allocation
  • Ensuring timely billing and maintaining a strong accounts receivable (AR) and collections process
  • Collaborating with project teams to deliver exceptional results and meet customer expectations
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and project management in the restoration or construction industry
  • Extensive construction estimating and catastrophe experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Xactimate proficiency preferred
  • OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
  • Ability to attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week
  • Minimal out-of-state travel required
