Private Duty Nursing Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelliChoice Home Care. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one nursing care to critical and complex clients in their homes, focusing on trach and/or vent patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, individualized nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with our respiratory therapists to ensure comprehensive care
  • Work closely with our support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license
  • CPR certification (in-person training only)
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
