We are seeking a skilled Systems Commissioning Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our commissioning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building automation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control problems
- Respond to basic warranty calls and provide excellent customer service
- Load system-level controller software and perform basic commissioning and system diagnostics
- Document changes and provide information for as-built documentation
- Communicate with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Depending on location, the mounting and termination of low voltage devices may have special licensing requirements
- Experience in installing electronic and/or mechanical systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC systems
