Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Oakland, CA. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with students in pre-K through 12th grade, assessing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
  • Manage a moderate case load of diverse students with varying communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid California OT license.
  • Open to strong Occupational Therapist Assistants (OTAs) candidate with the right credentials.
