Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students in K-12 settings, providing individualized speech therapy services to support their communication and language development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication and language skills
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including group and individual sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication and language development
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Arizona SLP license
  • 2+ years of experience in schools, preferably in a K-12 setting
  • Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
