Job Title: LPN Staff I

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents in a short-term rehab center.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional patient care to long-term and post-acute care residents
  • Direct and monitor the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Ensure proper documentation and recording is taking place
  • Lead and support the CNA team in providing quality individualized personal care
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in New York State
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
