About the Position

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foreman Electrician to join our team at Prism Electric. In this critical role, you'll oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical systems on commercial, industrial, and large multi-family projects. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and coordinates the work of electricians on assigned projects.
  • Conducts site visits to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborates with project managers and engineers to develop project plans and schedules.
  • Maintains accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project progress and performance.
  • Identifies and addresses potential project risks and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Journeyman trade certification in a related construction trade (highly desirable).
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000-$130,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
