Lead Health is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join our team in Portland, Oregon.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to critically ill children, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill children, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
  • Experience working in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
