- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs, promoting healthy eating habits and nutritional well-being.
- Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing, to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate dosage and timing.
- Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments, errands, and other engagements, promoting independence and accessibility.
- Health Monitoring: Monitor clients' health conditions and report any changes or concerns to healthcare providers, ensuring timely interventions and support.
- Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure our caregivers are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
- Compassion & Patience: A compassionate and patient approach is vital in this role, as you will work closely with clients who may require ongoing support and care.
- Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety guidelines is essential, as you will be working in a client's home environment.
- Lifting & Mobility: Ability to lift and assist with mobility, ensuring clients can move safely and comfortably.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required, enabling you to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
