Community Health Network is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical ICU environment. You will work collaboratively with a great team to care for patients with high acuity needs, including craniotomies, total radical necks, and Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care to patients with high acuity needs
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients and identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement education plans for patients and families
Requirements
* Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN) accredited school of nursing
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana
* ICU experience preferred, but willing to consider other acute care experience
* Excellent communication and team skills
* Compassionate and caring attitude
