Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and implementing treatment plans, providing physical therapy services, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement treatment plans under the supervision of a physician to ensure timely provision of physical therapy services.
  • Provide physical therapy services to infants, children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population as indicated by qualified therapists.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient care.
  • Document accurately, clearly, and legibly, and complete all necessary chart information to ensure accurate information for care and reimbursement.
  • Meet productivity standards for primary cost centers and proactively assist in other rehab departments to ensure overall decrease in overtime/registry usage.
Requirements
  • California Physical Therapy license.
  • Documentation of eligibility for a valid California Physical Therapy license.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
  • Preferred: Experienced in the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides, 1 year experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
Benefits
  • Base Salary: $93,000 to $145,000.
  • Full-time position with benefits.
  • Relocation assistance available.
