Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new strategies on layout design trends to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with lead layout foremen to create construction layout instructions.
  • Assist in the interpretation and implementation of customer specifications and documentation requirements.
  • Perform related duties as required, including specialist drawing for custom production work.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in layout design and AutoCAD software.
  • Previous experience with ProNest, CNC, and TXT files.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels of management.
  • Good judgment skills and high-level work initiative.
  • Ability to understand and abide by all company and safety regulations and policies.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
Physical/Environmental Requirements

The operations environment requires prolonged kneeling, standing, walking, twisting, climbing, and the ability to lift and carry in excess of 120 lbs, assisted.

Ability to work in varied conditions, including heat, cold, rain, ice, snow, etc., inside and outside.

Must be able to work in confined spaces/heights and operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Schedule

Day Shift must be available for overtime and weekends.

60 hours every week.

$21-23/hour.
