Job Description- Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with shopping needs and transactions, providing solutions, and exceeding expectations.
- Tend to merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram, maintaining visually appealing store displays.
- Perform receiving and stocking procedures, counting cash register drawers, preparing deposits, and ordering change from the bank.
- Ensure store inventory is regularly inspected, removed, or rotated according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule, promoting freshness and quality.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasing environment for customers and associates, adhering to company standards.
- Design monthly schedules and assign work to foster efficient and effective workflows.
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.
